BUYING AND STORAGE
Select smooth firm Spaghetti Squash. Avoid softness
or decay at the stems. Store in the refrigerator if it has been cut
for a short time only or store whole in a cool dark place and will keep up
to 2 weeks.
PREPARATION AND USE
Boil, bake or steam whole, cut in half and fork out the
flesh with a fork. Use in pasta dishes.
