The origin of Paprika is the same as Chillies.
BUYING AND STORAGE
Select well-shaped, firm and shiny skin with no blemishes
and store in the refrigerator and will last for 1 week. Paprika also
comes in powder form from the Gourmet shop.
PREPARATION AND USE
Wash and remove stems. Leave whole or cut in half
for stuffing. Can be use in stir-fry, salads, casseroles and curries.
