transparent flesh with a brown seed.

The Longan is known as the little brother of the Lychee and is a native to the
Asia country. Longan is the chinese name translated to Dragon's eye.

Choose evenly coloured fruit with moist skin, avoid dry and chaff skin.
Refrigerate in vegetable crisper and will keep up to 2 weeks.

Cracked skin by pressing, eat fresh or in fruit salad. Great for soup, chinese
sweet and sour dishes.
