Choose Alfalfa Sprouts that are crisp, tender and brightly coloured with a fresh
smell. Avoid those that are slimy and wet with a brown stains. Store Alfalfa Sprouts in a glass container and keep in the refrigerator for up to 7
days.

Rinse and drain. Can be used in salads, sandwiches and for garnishes. Do not cook.
